Something characteristic of our organization is our insatiable hunger for knowledge and growth, to benefit our clients, employees, partners, and collaborators in general.
So, this time, we traveled all the way to the Palais des Festivals, in beautiful Cannes, for one of the biggest and most important events in the entertainment industry: MIPCOM 2018.
So, what happened this year at MIPCOM?
The 4-day event hosted almost 14,000 participants, 4,800 buyers, almost 2000 companies, countless stars and industry VIPs, and a lot more, including:
• World premiere screenings such as “Escape the Dannemora” presented by CBS Studios International and directed by Ben Stiller.
• Personality of the year: Issa Rae, Creator, producer, and star of HBO’s “Insecure”
• Keynotes like the one given by Kay Madati, Global VP & Head of Content Partnerships at Twitter and TV superstar and chef, Jamie Oliver.
Takeaways
Our main takeaway from this event — (besides unique insight and actionable, important information – as provided directly by globally recognized content creators, producers, executives, and industry experts) was the opportunity to be present and close to our most valuable asset: you, our client.
